Still waiting credits.

Hi,

I am still waiting for the credits to appear.
Although i have submitted on time, my project submission is hosted on your server, and the costs are burning through everyday. I might have to close down the cluster, which will mean my item won't be judged.

Is there anyway to expediate this?
