Using Different Google Account for GKE Deployment

Hey everyone, my Devpost account is linked to my university email, but that's causing issues with Google Cloud billing verification. For deployment on GKE, can I use my personal Google account, which works fine for billing, or does it have to match the email I used on Devpost? Has anyone else run into this?

  Thank you for writing in. I think that would be fine but we are going to follow up with the Google team to ensure no possible issues could arise. Will reach out as soon as we can.

  Hi Krishnan,

  I talked to the Google team and you can use whichever email you prefer; it doesn't have to match your Devpost email. You can also change your Devpost email on your Profile settings -> Account & Privacy if you'd like or if your university email is no longer active.
